Every engagement starts with written requirements. We review the scope, clarify unknowns and confirm the final INR quotation before paid work begins.

Open the relevant service area and complete its requirement form. Each service asks different questions to reduce unnecessary follow-ups.
3. Requirement review
Our team reviews feasibility, access needs, dependencies, timelines and expected outcomes. We may ask questions through the request conversation or WhatsApp.
4. Final scope and quotation
The final INR price, billing cycle and written scope appear in your dashboard. Published prices are starting prices or defined plans, not automatic commitments for every requirement.
5. Approval and delivery
After you approve the quotation, the request moves into delivery. Progress, messages and completion status remain visible in your account.
6. Support
Use the ticket system for account or platform help and the request conversation for project-specific communication.

Does submitting a request create a paid order?
No. A request only gives us the information needed to review scope and prepare a final quotation.
Where will I see the quote?
The approved administrator adds the final INR amount, billing cycle and summary to your service request.
